Can I switch TrĂ€ger or repeat hours in the Integrationskurs? đ
Two questions learners often ask once the course has started. Switching TrĂ€ger BAMF allows a change only in special circumstances, in particular: · you move · you switch between part-time and full-time · you need it to arrange childcare · you start training or a job "The teacher is boring" is usually not enough, so choose your TrĂ€ger carefully at the start. Repeating hours (the "300 UE") The BAMF page describes this case: if you took part in a literacy course (Alphabetisierungskurs) or a course for people with low literacy and have used up your hours, you can apply once to repeat up to 300 hours of the language course. Unless you are exempt, you then pay âŹ2.29 per hour. Whether there are other repeat options in your situation is something to ask your TrĂ€ger or BAMF directly; the page does not describe a general repeat for everyone. Learners' advice: · Talk to your teacher early if you feel you are falling behind. The earlier, the more options. · Ask for a written answer when it's about hours and money. · If you can't repeat, a cheaper evening course or a tutor for your weak skill can bridge the gap before a DTZ retake.
