ÖSD (Österreichisches Sprachdiplom) is an Austrian exam provider; its Zertifikat B1 was developed together with the Goethe-Institut and the University of Fribourg, and ÖSD exams are also held in Germany. The downloads page offers model exam packages for Zertifikat B1 (about 28 MB) and B2 (about 47 MB) plus single PDFs. Before you book, ask your authority (e.g. the Einbürgerungsbehörde) whether it accepts the certificate you plan to take. Free downloads, in German.
