Official answer: A · eine Wahlbenachrichtigung von der Gemeinde
Before an election the municipality (Gemeinde) sends every eligible voter a Wahlbenachrichtigung (polling card). It shows your polling station and the election date, and you can also use it to apply for a postal vote.
