Official answer: A · bei der Landeszentrale für politische Bildung
The Landeszentrale für politische Bildung (state agency for civic education) in Lower Saxony provides neutral, mostly free information about politics, e.g. brochures and events. The Ordnungsamt (public order office), consumer advice centre and churches have other tasks.
