DELE A2 dates in Spain: register early ⏰
The DELE A2 is offered on more dates in Spain than most other levels, because many people need it for nationality. But the registration deadline comes long before the exam. From the official 2026–2027 calendar: · 17 October 2026 (Saturday): A2, registration closed on 2 September 2026 · 13 November 2026 (Friday): A2, registration closes 30 September 2026 · 12 February 2027 (Friday): A2 only, registration closes 7 January 2027 · 2 April 2027: registration closes 10 February 2027 · 21–22 May 2027: registration closes 7 April 2027 · 9 July 2027: registration closes 12 May 2027 What this means: the gap between the closing date and the exam is often five to eight weeks. Decide your date early, then study backwards from it. The calendar also lists an 'A2-NA' option on some dates, and the A2 page offers a model exam for candidates who are not literate. If this applies to you or a family member, ask your exam centre. Dates can change; always check the official page before paying.
