You can book a new exam; the official pages we read give no waiting period between attempts.
CCSE · Conocimientos Constitucionales y Socioculturales de España
After a fail, register once more without paying; the second attempt must be within 6 months of the first exam date.
Nationality · Spanish nationality by residence
No separate exam: you attach DELE A2 and CCSE; both can be retaken before you apply (CCSE includes a free second attempt).
