This Goethe-Institut page (linked by BAMF) offers practice tasks for the DTZ by skill. The speaking pages explain what to say (e.g. introducing yourself: name, origin, home, work, family, languages) and give tips; the writing page shows a model letter at B1 level of about 80 words. Free, in German. This is an external link; the publisher's terms of use apply.
