Many Dutch libraries (bibliotheek) offer: · a Taalhuis or Taalpunt: free help with Dutch, sometimes with volunteers · conversation groups (taalcafé) · easy-to-read books (makkelijk lezen) at A1–B1 · computers and help with DigiD and online forms Membership rules and prices differ per library; ask at your local branch. It's also a quiet place to study for the exam.
