A2 route · DUO integration exams (inburgeringsexamen)
Book and pay again (€50). Wi2021 asylum status holders: first 2 attempts free.
B1 route · Staatsexamen NT2 Programme I
Retake only the part you failed; passed parts stay valid. No limit on attempts is published; €50 per attempt.
B2 route · Staatsexamen NT2 Programme II
Retake only the part you failed; passed parts stay valid. No limit on attempts is published; €50 per attempt.
KNM · Knowledge of Dutch Society
Book and pay again (€50). Wi2021 asylum status holders: first 2 attempts free.
Naturalisation · Dutch language requirement (IND)
No separate test: your integration diploma is the proof. Proposed, not in force: 10 instead of 5 years of residence and B1 instead of A2 (no start date).
