Abroad route · Basisexamen inburgering buitenland
Within 8 weeks by e-mail from DUO.
A2 route · DUO integration exams (inburgeringsexamen)
Within 8 weeks by letter, also in Mijn Inburgering.
B1 route · Staatsexamen NT2 Programme I
About 5 weeks. Each exam date has a fixed result date in Mijn DUO (from 15:00), also by e-mail and post.
B2 route · Staatsexamen NT2 Programme II
About 5 weeks. Each exam date has a fixed result date in Mijn DUO (from 15:00), also by e-mail and post.
KNM · Knowledge of Dutch Society
Within 8 weeks by letter, also in Mijn Inburgering.
Naturalisation · Dutch language requirement (IND)
Legal decision period: 12 months, which the IND may extend twice by 6 months. Nationality starts at the ceremony.
