The correct answer is picture 1: the black federal eagle (Bundesadler) with red claws and beak on a gold shield. That is the federal coat of arms (Bundeswappen); the other pictures show a Christian symbol, the Iron Cross of the Bundeswehr (armed forces) and the coat of arms of the former GDR.
